Due to a change in Turkish import legislation orders with a value over EUR 150 cannot be accepted. If you wish to place an order over EUR 150 please split your items into multiple orders whose individual total order value is less than EUR 150. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Please note that for our delivery services, a signature will be required. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery and you will be notified via the contact information you have provided for this purpose.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders placed on michaelkors.global for delivery to India, Russia and the Ukraine may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient.

The pricing quoted on michaelkors.global is final and includes all import duties and taxes, if applicable, for the following destinations:

SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Track my Order page under the same order number.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

IN STORE PICKUP

We do not currently offer the ability to pick up your online order in-store. If you wish to make a purchase in one of our stores, please use the Store Locator to find a store near you. You can also get in touch by contacting a customer services representative by completing our Contact Us form.

Item Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Services team.

OUT OF STOCK

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is out of stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our customer services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.
